At a Place in Cannes, we want you to get maximum returns and enjoyment from your property with the least amount of hassle for you.
Unlike most large agents in Cannes, we offer all of the above on a set fee basis. We charge a flat fee of 20% of every booking we get for you and organize all the above. Additionally, the cleaning is charged at 20 Euros p/h and linen is laundered at 20 Euros per set. Again, this is far more competitive than the bigger agencies who charge a set fee of around 200/300 Euros for a changeover clean whether it be a couple staying for 2 nights of a family of 6 staying for two weeks! |
